Short Term Missions Opportunities
Once you experience Haiti first hand, it will never let go of your heart. The ApParent Project would be honored to help you encounter the developing world and gain life-changing perspective with a team from your school, church, or social network. We know that short term missions are not the answer for Haiti's problems, and that when done carelessly, they can actually do more harm than good. For that reason, we have created opportunities for teams to come along side our pre-existing long-term programs so that the impact of their service can last beyond the week of their stay, and so that each short term team member can get a vision for what longevity in the mission field might look like. Whether you walk away from an Apparent-hosted short term service trip with a new sense of vocation or just a broader perspective, you will have had a great opportunity to encounter the challenging and healing presence of Jesus Christ.
Short term teams stay in our guest house, and are provided with translators for building & educational projects.
