Creche Administrator
Job Description
- Maintain adoption records for the Apparent House Creche
- Maintain legal records and licensing status for the creche
- Make regular updates on the Apparent Waiting Child website
- Keep adoptive parents updated about the status of their child and their adoption
- Research orphaned children's stories and establish contact with their extended families if possible
- Build strong relationships with children in the orphanage, the Apparent Project Directors, and adoptive families
Necessary Experience
- Fluency in English and French. (Haitian Kreyol would be helpful as well)
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in word processing and data entry
- Knowledge of Haitian and American adoption laws would be helpful
